While these can be fixed in the short term, the longer term impact is aging. Dehydrated skin wrinkles faster, not to mention the impact interrupted sleep has on your skin over time.
Our skin, and in fact our whole body, spends most of its time in rejuvenation stage while we’re sleeping.
